IT Project Manager

FANTASTICO GROUP is a Bulgarian family-owned company and one of the leadеrs in

the retail sector in Bulgaria. The company was established 33 years ago. Under

the "Fantastico" brand, 47 modern supermarkets operate in Sofia, Bankya, Pernik,

Botevgrad, Elin Pelin, and Kyustendil.

FANTASTICO GROUP also owns the SkyCity Mall shopping center, MegaXtreme Bowling

alleys, MyChoice restaurant, Event Space MyChoice, MyChoice catering services,

and Joy Station – a multifunctional venue for music, corporate, and specialized

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the process of defining the project scope, budget, and phases;
  • Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams by translating
business needs into executable project plans;
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various
functions, aligning potential technological solutions with the company’s

strategic goals;

  • Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation including roadmaps,
risk registers, and status reports;
  • Managing and coordinating implementation teams to ensure that project
milestones are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Proactively managing resources, risks, and dependencies to achieve project
goals;
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders,
providing regular updates on project status;
  • Being accountable for the overall delivery of assigned projects;
  • Managing relationships with partners, negotiating terms to ensure the
company’s best interest;
  • Monitoring the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring
compliance with quality standards;
  • Utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to update project plans as needed
to achieve intended outcomes;
  • Stimulates continuous improvement in project management practices by
evaluating results and lessons learned from completed and ongoing projects.

Our expectations from you:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or
another relevant field;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management. Experience in
implementing software solutions in a real business environment will be

considered an advantage;

  • Holding any of the following certifications will be considered an advantage:
PMP® (Project Management Professional) – PMI, CAPM® (Certified Associate in

Project Management) – PMI, or PRINCE2® Practitioner – AXELOS;

  • Driving license;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Teamwork skills, a responsible attitude, proactive mindset, and drive for
growth and improvement.
