You will join the Operational Excellence team within Global IT and play a key role in supporting the operation and ongoing development of the global IT portfolio and resource management system (Bee4IT). In this role, you will contribute significantly to ensuring that critical IT control processes—including portfolio management, project planning and resource allocation - operate efficiently and are continuously optimized. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the global IT organization.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

  • Operate & Maintain: Ensure the IT portfolio and resource management system runs seamlessly, handling tasks like user onboarding/offboarding, data updates, ticket management, and quality checks.
  • Enhance & Innovate: Contribute to the system’s evolution by testing new features, creating clear documentation, and helping colleagues understand and leverage new functionalities.
  • Support IT Services & Projects: Assist in managing over 200 IT services and projects through data maintenance, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate & Educate: Work closely with global IT colleagues, gather requirements, provide training, and foster knowledge-sharing across the organization.

  • You are a business student.
  • You are willing to work up to 20 hours per week.
  • You have an affinity for IT and are interested in working in a global corporate IT environment.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office Suite applications.
  • You are quick on the uptake, meticulous, organized, and forward-thinking, and you have a proactive and independent approach to work.
  • You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and solving problems.
  • You enjoy working in a team and taking on responsibility.
  • You are a good communicator; we require very good English skills.
