Right now we are searching for an IT Monitoring Developer in our headquarters in Varna

General duties:

• Configure and administer monitoring platforms and solutions.
• Analyze and optimize monitoring systems and alerts.
• Assist with Root Cause Analysis and incident management.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams for improvements and integrations.
• Develop scripts for automation.
• Document processes and configurations.
• Train and support less experienced colleagues.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher or secondary education in Information Technology.
• Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in IT monitoring or system administration.
• Good programming skills in Python (syntax, libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, OS, Re).
• Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Dynatrace, Grafana, Instana.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (subqueries, table joins, indexes, and more).
• Proficient scripting skills in Bash and PowerShell.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of incident and risk management processes.
