Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Internal Employee Support (First Level Support):

Receiving and processing technical support requests from internal employees Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues related to hardware and software Providing instructions and assistance with the use of various IT systems and applications

• Administrative Tasks:

Inventory management of IT equipment, including registering and updating information about available devices Preparing documentation and coordinating the decommissioning process for outdated or faulty IT equipment Maintaining a database with information about the company’s IT assets Assisting in the organization and execution of IT audits

Job Requirements:

• A second-year or higher student, or a recent graduate in the field of Information Technology or a related discipline
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of IT
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

A Plus to Have:

• Previous experience in technical support or administrative tasks
• Knowledge of networking technologies and system administration
• Proficiency in working with various operating systems and applications
