IT Coordinator - We are looking for you!

Main responsibilities:
  • Care of local infrastructure & IT assets: network, POS, PCs, CCTV, etc.;
  • Act as Local resolver for Issues/Tasks in relation to local IT assets;
  • Maintain the local critical systems to a high level of availability by taking all measures to keep stocks, parts, back solutions for POS, Payment System, Internet connectivity, Shop security;
  • Coordinate with peers at HQ & Regional level to deliver IT solutions and support to users;
  • Act as relay point/facilitator to support Global programs;
  • IT Asset Management;
  • Care of sourcing local HW, Consumables & Services, in alignment to global policies;
  • Perform administrative tasks related to IT Orders, Invoices, etc.
Required skills:
  • Networking;
  • Microsoft systems: Client system management, Imaging, Backup/Restore, in Enterprise context;
  • IT System Management solutions (ITSM), preferably ServiceNOW or JIRA;
  • Understanding of business process fundamentals in Retail environment context;
  • Experience with Payment Solutions.
