For one of our clients - а global tech firm specializing in digital, engineering, cloud, and AI solutions across various industries, we are looking for – Invoicing Agent with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).

For one of our clients - а global tech firm specializing in digital, engineering, cloud, and AI solutions across various industries, we are looking for – Invoicing Agent with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Timely issuance of unbilled items to meet set targets and SLA requirements;
- Resolve meter reading, contract, and Partner Portal errors on a daily basis;
- Monitor and address billing holds and system issues promptly;
- Maintain billing quality and ensure compliance with business standards;
- Adapt to unforeseen work demands, ensuring targets are met under pressure;
- Promote the use of the Portal for self-service meter reading entries;
- Escalate unresolved billing issues and manage their timely resolution;
- Maintain strict adherence to corporate guidelines, including ethical and financial rules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Pan-European OTC environment;
- University-level education (preferable);
- Fluent in German and very good English, both written and verbal;
- Proven ability to meet targets and SLAs consistently;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities;
- Proficient in MS Office (Windows NT);
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing environments;
- Excellent communication, customer care, and negotiation skills.

- The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, with a shift from 10:00 to 19:00 for half of the month.
