Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and business partners via phone, email, and chat;
• Provide professional support and accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and customer requests;
• Identify customer needs and offer timely and effective solutions;
• Handle inquiries with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluent German, French or Spanish (B2-C1)
• Good command of English (B2);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented and solution-driven approach;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, hospitality or healthcare, is an advantage, but motivation, professionalism, and willingness to learn are equally important.
