Our current client is a leading global transport and logistics company with headquarters in Scandinavia and a well-established presence in Bulgaria. On their behalf we are currently looking for experienced and motivated professional to join their team in Sofia as a International Freight Forwarder.

Our current client is a leading global transport and logistics company with headquarters in Scandinavia and a well-established presence in Bulgaria. On their behalf we are currently looking for experienced and motivated professional to join their team in Sofia as a International Freight Forwarder.
Responsibilities:
- Control, organize and monitor of the entire Transport (Pick up until delivery of the shipment) / Invoicing;
- Active communication towards customer, company offices/agents, sales, subcontractor and carriers in the daily business;
- Accepting customer orders, review of all shipment and order relevant data and documents and recording these orders;
- Monitoring costing/profitability;
- Processing of vendor invoices according to the instructions of the Senior Team Lead and valid working instructions;
- Working and resolving operational problems and issues. escalation management according to matrix specifications;
- Quality responsibility, follow and respecting the specified process and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure);
Requirements:
- Experience on a similar position is considered as an advantage;
- Advanced English level;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Accuracy and attention to details;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Fluency in German, French or Turkish will be considered as an advantage.
