Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email;
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional support;
• Maintain up-to-date records using internal CRM tools;
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and follow company guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, French, Polish, Dutch or Czech (C1 level);
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy;
• Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude;
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.
