For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – International B2B Travel Specialist with German.

Responsibilities:

• Support business travelers over the phone with bookings and changes;
• Arrange flights, hotels, trains, and other travel needs;
• Solve travel issues quickly and keep trips running smoothly;
• Deliver friendly, personalized service to every customer;
• Record trip details and updates in the system;
• Work closely with teammates and pass on complex cases when needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken);
• Clear and confident phone communication, with good listening skills;
• Some experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus;
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage;
• Previous contact center experience is helpful but not required;
• Good computer and typing skills (MS Office knowledge).
