Now we are looking for a new team member for the position of Internal Communications & Branch Network Engagement Manager.
Your work will include:
- Maintaining and developing all Microsoft 365 communication channels targeted at the Branch Network (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, etc.).
- Effectively delivering key messages, fostering an engaging, transparent, and inspiring internal environment, and building a strong corporate culture.
- Developing, improving, and executing content strategies aimed at employees within the bank’s branch network.
- Administering the centralized communication flow management process for the Branch Network.
- Collaborating closely with all departments across the bank regarding communication management for the Branch Network.
- Organizing the publication of internal bank newsletters and other communication formats.
- Ensuring high standards in working with text and visual content.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and share specific information.
- Experience with the Viva Engage platform or with similar social tools.
- Experience in digital marketing or in managing corporate social media.
- Creativity and capability of producing engaging content for various internal communication channels.
- Responsibility and readiness to handle work in a dynamic environment.
- Effective teamwork and good collaboration across different departments within a company.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- And last but not least – excellent knowledge of formal Bulgarian and a good level of English.
