As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Trainee Invoice-to-Pay with German to support the activities in the dormakaba business services center. We offer a 6-month temporary contract with full-time for students that let you balance your work and studies and gain hands-on experience.

Execute assigned tasks on time and proactively resolve open issues Ensure application of process standards and procedures and recommend improvement solutions Collaborate with team members and other Finance stakeholders to deliver Finance transaction processes Process PO and non-PO invoices and validate their legal compliance Manage payment run, transfer payments and document archiving. Endorse dormakaba culture and ways of working among the peer group
