Job Requirement

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• University degree.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, iso 14001, iso 50001 and Food Safety STD
• Experience 2 years in management systems
• Driving licence
• Availability to travel
• English & Bulgarian minimum B2 proficiency
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Positive attitude, adaptable to different situations
• Ability to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team
• Autonomous, open minded, goal oriented and creative problem-solver

What the job is:

• Implement, maintain, monitor, follow up, control and improve the systems adopted in the Plant.
• Work under the Corporate coordination and contribute to the general performance and informing about best practices in place in the plant.
• Support the plant´s departments, to ensure the compliance and the alignment with the company standards.
• Prepare and attend internal and external audits. Perform root cause analysis to deviations and support all the departments on this task, identifying corrective actions and ensuring adequate follow-up and effectiveness evaluation.
• Ensure a “culture” of continuous improvement, detecting and helping to correct problems and studying opportunities to achieve the best performance of the Management systems (Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Energy and others that the Company decides to adopt);
• Coordinate risk assessments and support the plant areas updating them (except H&S)
• Establish and ensure the fulfilment of monitoring plans
• Create and ensure fulfilment of drills plan
• Verifies the operationalization of the emergency plan at the plant
• Prepare and communicate data for authorities according to legislation
• Investigate and analyse emergency situations
• Investigate and analyse working accidents causes (except H&S)
• Assist food safety and energy teams to complete the required activities
