For one of our clients – a company providing unmatched services in strategy consulting, interactive technology and operations, we are looking for communicative, creative and bright sales-enthusiasts for the role of Inside Sales Specialist with German or Hungarian (Standard working time).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide advertisers to boost revenue by educating them about products and services;
• Conduct research across various industries to understand client operations;
• Develop innovative advertisements and enhance customer service;
• Track ad performance and nurture client relationships;
• Gain expertise in advertising products to assist clients effectively;
• Help clients achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities;
• Tailor solutions to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in outbound or inbound sales;
• Proficiency in English and Hungarian or German;
• Strong sales abilities with a confident, supportive phone presence;
• Detail-oriented team player with strong computer skills;
• Understanding of advertising and a commitment to ongoing training;
• Interest in industry knowledge and adaptability to change;
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
