Our Inside sales specialist
- Is a brilliant seller and ambassador of our vendors
- Enjoys communicating with B2B customers from the IT industry
- Likes working across internal and external teams of all levels to support the customer proactively
- Supports the SMB team on any technical questions and/or procedures regarding Dell
- Has daily communication with clients by phone and/or email
- Makes target calls regarding Dell promotions and incentives
- Prepares weekly forecast reports
- Conducts trainings for both the SMB team and clients
You are:
