Job: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a company’s voice that’s in line with branding and values. You will be guiding us in a creative direction to meet our objectives in terms of advertising and public-facing communication by using print, digital and video materials.

SCOPE OF WORK Monbat Group is a public company that celebrated its 65 year university last year. Monbat is knowed for its steady business and tradition in the battery workd. It is renowed for its business model that is built on almost full production circularity (96,5%), which makes Monbat a real long-lasting player in the circularity economy, years before this to become trendy.

The core business of Monbat (lead-acid batteries) provides the ground for Monbat to constantly innovate and differentiate in battery and application systems technology. This additionally triggered Monbat Group exponential growth in many business-related domains across continents, represented by companies that are locally managed and strategically steered by Monbat HQs. In this respect Monbat Group is also managing a quite diverse range of nationalities and culture. Nevertheless, Monbat Group authentically Bulgarian economic group with sound international presence. Only the export business ranges to 74 countries.

In light of the constant expanding business that challenge the Group complexity, Monbat is looking for a Industrial Marketing & B2B Director who will take care of the corporate presence of the Group and act as a guardian of the brands’ corporate identity. In this role are included the coordination of international projects, specific image enhancing initiatives of the Group as well.

Your responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing & Business Development

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with Monbat's business objectives, focusing on lead-acid and lithium-ion battery solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the battery industry to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define go-to-market strategies for Monbat's products and services, targeting sectors such as automotive, industrial, and renewable energy.


2. Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns leveraging digital marketing, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) techniques.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads, ensuring alignment with Monbat's sales objectives.
  • Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies to build long-term business relationships within the battery industry.


3. Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials, presentations, and customer insights tailored to Monbat's product offerings.
  • Develop case studies, white papers, and technical content highlighting Monbat's solutions in sectors like automotive and renewable energy.
  • Implement pricing strategies and value propositions that resonate with industrial buyers and align with Monbat's market positioning.


4. Brand Management & Positioning

  • Enhance Monbat's brand presence in industrial markets through integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop branding strategies that differentiate Monbat's battery solutions from competitors in the industry.
  • Oversee participation in trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to showcase Monbat's innovations and expand its market reach.


5. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns to effectively reach target audiences in the battery sector.
  • Oversee the creation of technical blogs, videos, and industry reports to establish Monbat as a thought leader in battery technology.
  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.


6. Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct market research to understand industrial buyer personas and purchasing behavior specific to battery products.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs (ROI, CLV, conversion rates) to ensure continuous optimization of marketing efforts.
  • Build relationships with industry partners, distributors, and key decision-makers to expand Monbat's market presence.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, industrial markets, and sales processes, particularly within the battery manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) tailored to industrial clients.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with Monbat's business goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in product marketing, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation within the battery or related industries.
  • Knowledge of industrial sectors such as automotive, renewable energy, and telecommunications, where Monbat's products are applied.
  • Strong command of English, including excellent writing and presentation skills. Proficiency in French will be an advantage.
  • Good command of MS Project will be considered as an advantage.
