For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for - iGaming Support Specialist with Turkish or English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide fast and friendly support via live chat, email, and live sessions with players;
• Assist users with account access, payments, bonuses, and game-related questions;
• Guide customers through the iGaming platform to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience;
• Identify and escalate technical issues or bugs to the appropriate teams;
• Keep up with new games, promotions, and platform updates to provide accurate information;
• Deliver top-notch service while building trust and loyalty with every interaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Turkish or English (both written and spoken is a plus);
• Confident communicator with a passion for helping people and solving problems;
• Previous experience in customer support or live chat is an advantage;
• Comfortable working flexible shifts in a fast-paced, online environment;
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of computers, browsers, and mobile devices;
• Interest in iGaming or online entertainment is welcome, but not required.
