We need a new colleague, who will bring his unique experience and expertise to contribute in our long-term growth and development. As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, you are a key partner to our sales team, working closely with clients to understand their needs, define project requirements, and accurately assess the scope and potential of new opportunities.

Your daily routine would include:

• Taking part in resolving complex ICT business cases;
• Analyzing Customer Needs: Designing comprehensive, end-to-end technical solutions by working closely with the sales team and various technical departments.
• Developing Technical Solutions and Documentation: Preparing detailed technical descriptions, documentation, and proposals, particularly for public procurement processes.
• Defining Project Scope: Outlining the scope of projects and creating technical proposals for diverse and complex solutions.
• Overseeing the Project Lifecycle: Supervising the entire lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to deployment and delivery.
• Working cross-functionally with sales and technical teams.
• Monitoring video surveillance, access control, and structured cabling systems.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Higher education in the technology area;
• Knowledge of Network Services and Security, Cyber Security, IaaS, SaaS, IoT and IT systems and Providing IT Services;
• Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present technical solutions and translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional background – minimum of 3 years on a similar role;
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
• Advanced level of experience with Microsoft office;
• Fluency in English.
