HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINEE
WHAT WILL BE YOUR DUTIES:
- Work alongside our search consultants and assist with various administrative, technical or project-related duties;
- Post job ads to multiple platforms. Handle social media and other marketing activities;
- Carry out candidate database maintenance – upload, update, data cleansing etc.;
- Assist in the preparation of candidate profiles, reports and project summaries, enter the data collected, ensuring its absolute accuracy. Provide administrative and organizational support to various HR consulting projects.
- Assist the sourcing of candidates via targeted market screening, database searches, networking and headhunting;
- Map relevant market sectors, identify target organizations and contact specific professionals;
- Participate in interviews and candidate development, manage candidate’ communication through the search process, including candidate approaches and referencing;
- Track industry developments, update and upgrade sector specific knowledge;
- Prepare materials for presentations and client acquisition - information on relevant search assignments, target market and company lists, market intelligence, and potential candidate profiles;
- Collect information and prepare various regular and ad-hoc reports;
- How companies function and what people in them do;
- How full-cycle recruitment for various roles is performed;
- How training and development activities are planned, designed and performed;
- What skills, processes and technologies are involved in delivering quality HR services;
- Curious individual, learning and discovery oriented, flexible and creative in finding solutions;
- Self-motivated, passionate and entrepreneurial person, committed to make things happen;
- Tech-savvy person - computer literate and willing to study various job boards, CRMs, Applicant Tracking Systems, candidate databases, marketing tools etc.;
- Excellent command of English language. Further foreign languages will be considered an advantage;
- Ability to establish connections and manage relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Diligent, organized and process-oriented person;
