To become even better We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team! As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and executing HR strategy, policies, and objectives.
Human Resources Specialist duties and responsibilities:
- Managing all HR procedures
- Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process
- Developing and evaluating onboarding plans
- Assisting in the development and management of HR programs
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, and with changes in labor legislation
- Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages
- Administering health and life insurance programs
- Implementing training and development plans
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant education
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
