We are looking for a new team member of our Outsourcing department for the position of Human Resources Assistant.

Responsibilities: Takes part in recruitment projects for outsourced employees – blue collar, entry positions, retail positions; Prepares and implements advertisement campaigns on social media and job sites; Contacts applicants, coordinates interviews, and takes part in job interviews. Prepares reports for clients; Daily HR activities; Support in administrative tasks; Takes part in different HR projects based on personal interests and expertise.

Requirements: Fluent English; Driving license; Strong interest in HR; Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking; Integrity, responsibility, and focus; Team player; Accuracy and detail focus.
