Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures on-site;
• Conduct HSE inductions, trainings, and internal inspections;
• Coordinate high-risk activities and supervise work processes and PPE compliance;
• Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure equipment compliance;
• Support incident investigations and maintain safety documentation;
• Promote Life Saving Rules and ensure proper reporting as per company standards;
• Coordinate with other companies operating on-site;
• Prepare and track HSE KPIs for operational activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental science/Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Business and Public Health;
• Frequent travel between the Sofia office and PV sites of the company in Europe region;
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in health and safety;
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Valid category B driver’s license.
