Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures on-site;
- Conduct HSE inductions, trainings, and internal inspections;
- Coordinate high-risk activities and supervise work processes and PPE compliance;
- Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure equipment compliance;
- Support incident investigations and maintain safety documentation;
- Promote Life Saving Rules and ensure proper reporting as per company standards;
- Coordinate with other companies operating on-site;
- Prepare and track HSE KPIs for operational activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental science/Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Business and Public Health;
- Frequent travel between the Sofia office and PV sites of the company in Europe region;
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in health and safety;
- Good command of English (written and spoken);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Valid category B driver’s license.
