HR Trainee - Youth & Talent Initiatives

What you’ll be doing

As part of our HR team, you’ll be involved in exciting and meaningful activities, such as:

• Supporting career fairs, university events, and youth initiatives
• Helping with the recruitment of young talents (interns, graduates, trainees)
• Assisting with training administration (registrations, schedules, documentation)
• Working with digital HR systems (HR databases, recruitment platforms, learning tools)
• Supporting communication with candidates, students, and partners
• Helping us build a positive and engaging employer brand for young people
• Occasionally traveling for business trips to attend events and meet partners

You might be a great fit if you are:

• A student (HR, Economics, Business, Sociology, or similar – but not mandatory!)
• Interested in HR, recruitment, and youth development
• Comfortable with digital tools and systems
• Organized, proactive, and curious
• A good communicator who enjoys teamwork and meeting new people
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
