For our HR Department we are looking for an HR Systems, Data & Process Specialist at our location in Radinovo.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for HR team for all requests related to HR systems and HR master data
- Support the implementation, optimization and maintenance of HR processes and systems in alignment with organizational standards
- Provide guidance, training and enablement to HR colleagues and system users across various HR processes
- Ensure data accuracy and governance within HR systems, including organizational structures and employee records
- Identify and drive process improvements, focusing on automation, simplification and the use of data for informed decision-making
- Lead the HR department in achieving a higher level of digitalization and efficiency in operational processes
- Create and maintain documentation for HR processes, data management, user guidelines etc.
- Contribute to divisional initiatives through evaluations and analyses of organizational structures, processes and data to support continuous improvement
- Strong experience with enterprise systems & HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Experience with improvement and digitalization initiatives with various stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas & confident use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to support daily tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills & English proficiency at B2 level or higher (German is an advantage)
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making & ability to train and empower users in system usage and process understanding
- Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments & mindset with structured problem-solving approach
