HR Specialist (Maternity coverage)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Supports the recruitment and onboarding processes for the dedicated areas, providing excellent candidate/ employee experience;
• Drives day-to-day HR operational activities and actively participates in different HR related projects and initiatives;
• Takes part in the HR Policies and Procedures revision and update;
• Assists the coordination of different internal initiatives and events;
• Maintains and updates HR related information in the internal SharePoint, different databases, the company Website, job portals, etc. – prepares regular and ad hoc reports;
• Supports employee benefits administration;
• Conducts exit interviews and supports the overall exit process;
• Consults colleagues about HR processes and answers daily queries.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree in the area of Human Resources or other relevant;
• At least 2 years of experience in the area of HR;
• Solid experience in recruitment and on-boarding;
• Experience in HR related projects is considered advantage;
• Pro-active attitude and eager to learn;
• Result oriented with a high sense of customer centricity;
• Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast pace environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent English – both written and spoken;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel; Word, Power Point).
