We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse positions — from production and operations to sales and marketing — and to ensure smooth HR processes that support our growing team.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process: posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring;
• Maintain and process HR documentation according to policies and legal requirements;
• Support the organization of team-building events, training, and engagement activities;
• Collaborate with managers to meet staffing needs and provide HR guidance.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in HR and recruitment;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Good working proficiency in English (oral and written).
