KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing full recruitment cycle for respective positions from the identification of a hiring need, job advertising and sourcing, through selection, interviewing, to offer and appointment;
- Using variety of sourcing channels and techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, etc.) to identify top talents and qualified candidates;
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand each role’s specifics and maximise the effectiveness of the selection process;
- Providing HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, compensation, employee lifecycle (preparation of relevant employee documents, reporting , etc.);
- Supporting and improving HR operational processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and administration;
- Participating in any forms of employer branding activities (e.g. job fairs, career events, university relations);
- Enhancing the image of the company as an employer of choice.
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related;
- At least 2 years of a previous working experience within an HR function;
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices;
- Experience with candidate sourcing (LinkedIn Searches, Jobs Boards);
- Fluency in English - both written and spoken (min B2);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Pro-active approach and willingness to take initiative;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
