✅Paid full-time internship /8 hours per day/ ✅Duration for minimum 6 months
For our HR Recruitment Team, we are currently looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Trainee.
Your contribution to something big: · You will act actively in the process of recruitment and hiring employees together with the other team members. · You will work actively with all Social Media communication channels · Assisting with phone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates. · Taking care for the Social Media presence of the company- setting up Facebook campaigns, publishing posts on Instagram, etc. · Taking part in career events. · You will serve as an ambassador of banks’ values and culture. · Contribute to the employer branding strategy of the company. · You will learn to create and manage job postings. · You will have the chance to works closely with the other HR departments. · You will learn how to prepare different type of reports.
