We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to Set up and track progress of implementation of People strategy in consultation with the GM and Head of People and report progress to for all HR and People related aspects and People related initiatives that are either streaming from in-country or from the Group.

Talent Development, Acquisition and Management
· Set up a People strategy on recruitment to attract the right people on time and with the right competencies in alignment with the company’s competency framework and who have the right fit with the organization
· Build and implement a resource plan that reflects the talent needs to achieve business hiring needs
Compensation and Benefits
· Define and establish a strategy on compensation and benefits
· Ensure compliance with changing legislation for compensation and benefits of the country
· Responsibility for mapping out and align HR policy to reflect business needs and recommend compensation ·
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and Talent Management
· Work with the GM and Head of People EEME to develop and implement a, DE&I and talent management policy in line with Group and regional Guidelines
· Implement and maintain updated Induction and Training and where appropriate localise the Group and Regional Training contents both on the SSP Academy and Classroom Learning Programmes to deliver a clear progression path at all levels in the organisation
· Develop and implement strategies to drive employee commitment
· Execute all other HR processes from employee on boarding and orientation to exit interviews and make recommendations for improvement
Employee Relations & Communication
· Ensure efficient linkage between management and employees by handling questions and interpreting of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support where needed
· Manage the execution of Global Colleague Surveys including deriving a concrete action plan based on survey results
· In cooperation with GM Is responsible for the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and seek advise where appropriate
· Formulate retention and staff well-being programs
HR Policies and Workplace Rule
· Implement and periodically review and revise HR policies and procedures including standard policies and procedures relating to HR, Employee Handbook, Induction and Training and all related SOP’s that adhere to the company’s vision and mission, employment law and legislations in pursuit of best HR practices
· Ensure that all required HR and personnel paperwork, records and data (including annual leaves) and procedures and maintained in accurately and in accordance with local laws
· Is responsible for and lead the implementation of new HR systems with the support of the IT teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
· Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management, Organisational Leadership or any related disciplines
· Knowledge of labour employment and compensation systems
· Excellent communication skills
· Good business acumen, industrial network, strategic ability and leadership skills with high level of integrity and initiatives
· Demonstrate good stakeholder management, problem-solving and influencing skills as well as be able to communicate effective at all levels
· Energetic, mature, meticulous, self-motivated and able to meet multiple deadlines
Desirable:
· At least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity in while experience in F&B, hospitality and retails would be an advantage
· Holder of professional qualifications in HR
