Curently we are looking for HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on HR Manager, involved directly in all operational and strategic HR activities
• Lead and execute the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Design and implement learning and development initiatives tailored to team and business needs
• Oversee and coordinate performance evaluations and provide guidance to management on employee development
• Handle administrative duties, pre-payroll processes, and documentation with precision and accountability
• Manage social benefits and ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies
• Provide HR advisory and day-to-day support to both employees and management
• Coordinate and manage internal company events that enhance engagement and culture
• Maintain a proactive approach to resolving employee concerns and fostering a supportive work environment
• Champion the company’s values and culture through all HR practices and communication

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Hands-on approach and readiness to be actively involved in daily HR processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
• Empathetic and confident in handling sensitive matters with discretion
• Genuine passion for HR and being an ambassador of the company’s values and mission
