Curently we are looking for HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on HR Manager, involved directly in all operational and strategic HR activities
- Lead and execute the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives tailored to team and business needs
- Oversee and coordinate performance evaluations and provide guidance to management on employee development
- Handle administrative duties, pre-payroll processes, and documentation with precision and accountability
- Manage social benefits and ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies
- Provide HR advisory and day-to-day support to both employees and management
- Coordinate and manage internal company events that enhance engagement and culture
- Maintain a proactive approach to resolving employee concerns and fostering a supportive work environment
- Champion the company’s values and culture through all HR practices and communication
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Hands-on approach and readiness to be actively involved in daily HR processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
- Empathetic and confident in handling sensitive matters with discretion
- Genuine passion for HR and being an ambassador of the company’s values and mission
