Tradu is a new multi-asset global trading platform and is part of the Stratos group of companies. We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable, easygoing and knowledgeable HR Professional to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensure compliance, and support our managers and teams with expert guidance. This person will play a key role in managing HR compliance, payroll processes, and employee relations across an international team.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.

We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable, easygoing and knowledgeable HR Professional to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensure compliance, and support our managers and teams with expert guidance. This person will play a key role in managing HR compliance, payroll processes, and employee relations across an international team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
- Ensure ongoing compliance with employment, immigration and international labour laws, HR policies, and regulations
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, team development, and employee relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, responding to all HR-related queries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Maintain and improve HR systems, processes, and documentation
- Support strategic workforce planning and assist in designing policies and programs aligned with company goals
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional
- Strong understanding of Bulgarian employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations. Global HR exposure is a plus
- Strong understanding of international labor laws is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and influence at all levels
- Strong work ethics and a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and balance multiple priorities
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
