Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and oversee screening and recruitment processes to attract top talent. Lead a seamless onboarding process for new hires and coordinate employee training and development.
Employee Development: Design and implement programs to identify, nurture, and develop high-potential employees. Facilitate regular training and workshops tailored to employee growth.
Employer Branding: Craft and execute strategies to enhance employer branding and attract talent. Performance and Welfare Management: Lead and manage annual employee evaluation processes. Develop and execute an annual welfare plan focused on employee well-being.
Metrics and Satisfaction: Monitor and report on HR KPIs, recruiting effectiveness, and retention metrics. Drive initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and morale, ensuring a positive work environment.
Office Administration: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and equipped to support the employees’ daily activities Manage the relationship with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies Oversee workplace safety and cleanliness to foster a productive and comfortable workspace Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Lead social responsibility programs and manage donation activities.
Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields; MSc in HR or similar is a plus. Experience: Proven experience as an HR professional with demonstrated success in recruitment and employee development. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labour laws and HR regulations. Language: Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
