What you’ll do?
- Preparing and administering employment related documents, such as employment contracts, annexes, orders for termination/severance payments and others.
- Managing, developing and updating the employees’ files.
- Responsible for managing all required documentation on maternity/paternity leavers and respective communication with associates.
- Requesting, collecting, preparing and providing all payroll relevant documentation (annexes, terminations, leave requests, time schedules, bonus letters etc) to the external payroll provider.
- Ensuring that work regulations, processes and procedures comply with current employment legislation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations questions.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- University degree desired.
- At least 1 year of general office administrative experience.
- Good knowledge of the Bulgarian employment legislation.
- Excellent communication skills. Articulate with a high standard of verbal and written clarity in English and Bulgarian.
- Attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office is required. Experience with Workday is an advantage.
