For one of our clients,a global bank, we are looking for a motivated person at the position:

HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Administers the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding;
• Manages HR documentation, policies, and employee records;
• Provides guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters;
• Coordinates recruitment, interviews, and hiring processes;
• Supports payroll preparation and benefits administration;
• Assists in performance management and training initiatives;

Requirments:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR position;
• High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration;
• Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation;
