We’re looking for an HR professional with an international HR experience. This person will play a key role in managing HR compliance, payroll processes, and employee relations across an international team. We cover multiple countries - including Australia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel, India, Japan, South Africa, the UK, and the USA - so someone with experience handling multi-country HR challenges would be a great fit. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, easygoing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full employee lifecycle across multiple countries (onboarding, offboarding, performance management, etc.)
- Advise on and ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations
- Act as the point of contact for HR matters in global offices
- Assist in the development and rollout of global HR initiatives and training
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports for global workforce insights
- Support international mobility, including visas, relocations, and expatriate management where applicable
- Partner with recruitment and payroll teams across time zones
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in an international HR role
- Strong understanding of international labor laws, especially in EMEA and US
- Strong work ethics and a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and balance multiple priorities
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
