HR Generalist

To be responsible for the following HR processes:

• Compensation&Benefits, including analysis & benchmark;
• Employee skill and competence evaluation in skill matrix;
• Training and development with focus on leadership;
• Support the team in recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, offering;
• Support the team on the оnboarding process of new employees.
• Provide day-to-day support for employee administration;

Your skills:

• University degree - Human Resources Management, Economics, Business administration or other relevant;
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English used daily;
• Previous experience on a similar role;
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Positive and motivated person;
