For one of our clients, an international company - we are searching for a driven professional for the mission of:
HR GENERALIST
HR GENERALIST
The Major Responsibilities Include:
- Be local contact for our employees in all personnel-related questions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement People&Culture (P&C) strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Administer employee benefits, payroll and maintain accurate HR records according to local, EU and company regulations
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Be a representative of the locations towards the global P&C community as well as towards external networks
- Bring the company spirit to a new manufacturing location in a completely new culture and establish processes & tools
- At least 5 years in a comparable role as a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or another, preferably in an international company
- Practical experience in setting up HR processes from scratch or heavily adapting the existing ones, leading the function and the business through a transformation
- Experience working with different cultures and stakeholders
- Cross functional experience would be an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing company would be an advantage
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Bulgarian, very good English.
- Talent acquisition expertise
- Good understanding of local labor legislation
- Excellent computer skills - аdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access, various database formats and the managing of conversions from one format to another are required.
- Previous exposure and/or interest in project management in areas such as talent management, pipeline management, succession planning and cultural transformation would be a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of self-awareness and active listening
