Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
- Manage ER cases with sensitivity and compliance to local labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment through proactive engagement and conflict resolution.
- Provide HR advise and expertize to the management team and the employees
- Partner with leadership to implement programs that enhance employee engagement and recognition.
- Manage the people side of the business specific projects and provide management support in these projects
- Organize pulse surveys, and feedback loops to capture employee sentiment.
- Support annual performance cycle, career development planning, and internal advising
- Understand talent priorities and actively participate in talent performance cycles
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and maintain compliance with Bulgarian labor legislation.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and improve employee experience.
- Support organizational changes, acquisitions, and HR transformation projects
- Participate on a local and global level in various HR projects and initiatives
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR on a similar role
- Experience from Business Process Outsourcing environment will be an advantage
- Strong experience in all major areas of the HR function – talent management, talentacquisition, com&ben, learning and development etc.
- Solid knowledge and proven experience in Bulgarian employment labor law and government sponsored health and pension programs
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as a team setting
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
