HR Administrative Specialist
Position Highlights
The HR Administrative Specialist will perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. The role is responsible for the HR department support in various operations and duties, like handling documentation, updating HR database, processing employees’ requests, administrating company benefits. The person in this position gets experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving many HR functions.
This position assumes a high level of organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
What you'll do:
Participation in daily operations of the HR team with a strong focus on providing responsive and accurate employee experience on any employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding) ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Support the onboarding process of new employees by preparing labor contracts and job descriptions, completing new starter documentation and welcoming the new colleagues on their first working day.
Maintenance of accurate HR database, ensuring that all employee records, E-Labor files and related documentation are stored securely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Participation in the process of implementation of E-Labour books.
Administration of the company benefits.
Playing a role in collating all employee changes and updating this information in the company’s HR systems.
Collaboration and support the payroll process by providing relevant data.
Responding to HR-related inquiries and providing relevant information and guidance to employees ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Assistance in ad-hoc administrative duties of the HR team.
What You Bring:
Previous experience as an HR administrative specialist will be considered an advantage.
PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
Hands-on experience with HR software will be a plus.
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for the role.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Teamwork and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
English language proficiency.
