We invite you to discover the arising opportunities on the position of Housekeeping Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the work tasks in an efficient manner to ensure that guests and other departments receive prompt and courteous service.
• Check Public Areas / Floors to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced.
• Check rooms after maids work so to be sure that the job is done as per standards.
• Assist in recruitment, training, assessment of performance, development of training plan and implementation of training.
• Control usage of all amenities and cleaning supplies to ensure compliance to budget and ensure appropriate usage of equipment and tools.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the monitoring of the daily work and housekeeping procedures including Lost and Found, Laundry, Health and Safety for team members and guests.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous relevant experience at least 1 year.
• Excellent English- spoken and written.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Sociable, organized, easy going and customer satisfaction focused personality.
• Opera Hotel Software skills are a plus.

Candidates obligations:

• Direct the work assignments of supervisory and non-supervisory staff in an efficient manner to ensure that guests and other departments receive prompt and courteous service.
• Coordinate with the other sections of the Housekeeping Department and the other Departments on all relevant matters that affect the physical appearance of the hotel and room status, keep them informed and follow up on outstanding issues. It may be the confirmation of room status to the repair work to be done.
