We need a Hosted Communication Services Engineer who will be responsible for the entire plan, build and run area of our A1 Hosted Communication and A1 Cloud Communication customers.

Accelerate your career as part of our growing Network Services Team in Sofia.

Your daily routine would include:

• Provisioning new services together with Field Services on site;
• Conducting tests of new platform features before they are available to customers;
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and optimal experience of our services;
• Being responsible for the activity and maintenance of documentation and delivery of necessary KPIs;
• Constant training and active know-how transfer about current technologies and processes.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of technical working experience in the field of operations or similar professional experience;
• Knowledge in the field of Voice over IP (SIP, PBX);
• Very good knowledge of HSC/CCS Platform;
• Basic knowledge in the field of network technology and cloud technologies;
• Fluency in English;
• Innovative and autonomous problem-solving skills.
