Aladin Foods is expanding, and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Delivery Manager who will oversee our entire end-to-end delivery ecosystem — logistics, courier operations, aggregator partnerships, digital platforms, call center performance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Home Delivery Operations
- Lead and coordinate the Delivery department and courier teams.
- Ensure compliance with company standards: delivery time, packaging quality, temperature control.
- Organize schedules and monitor team performance and efficiency.
Logistics & Process Optimization
- Optimize delivery routes, operational costs, and workflows.
- Implement improvements in systems, tools, and processes.
- Establish standards for control, monitoring, and accountability.
- 3) Aggregator Management (Takeaway, Glovo, etc.)
- Maintain daily communication with aggregators and delivery partners.
- Monitor ratings, fees, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- Initiate joint campaigns and service improvements.
Digital Platforms
- Manage and develop the delivery website and mobile application.
- Collaborate with IT and external agencies to introduce new features.
- Track conversion rates, processing times, and UX performance.
Customer Service & Call Center
- Oversee call center operations and review customer feedback.
- Monitor complaint reasons and implement corrective actions.
- Develop policies ensuring excellent customer experience.
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze KPIs: delivery time, costs, efficiency, customer ratings.
- Prepare regular reports for the management team.
- Recommend operational and commercial improvements.
Requirements
- University degree in Logistics, Business, Economics, or similar (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, logistics, aggregators, or e-commerce.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
- Very good computer literacy.
- English – B2.
- Advantages: experience with delivery platforms, aggregators, digital products, or process development.
