HELP DESK SUPPORT
Maxima Bulgaria EOOD is owner of the retail chain T-Market in Bulgaria with 131 stores across the whole country and more than 2500 employees and with own online store. Maxima Bulgaria is a part of Maxima Grupė UAB – a Lithuanian group of retail chain companies operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Bulgaria and in 2018 has become the first private company in Lithuania to enter the international capital market, which has successfully placed the biggest-ever issue of bonds by a private company in the Baltics.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing prompt and efficient support to end-users
Provide telephone support to the end-user community on hardware, software, and network related problems, questions, and use
Diagnose problems and/or problem requiring physical interaction with the end user; dispatch technical support specialists from appropriate team
Requirements:
University degree (Information Technology)
Wide range of skills and knowledge in computer hardware and software as well as networking systems
Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to assess and resolve issues efficiently
Organized and communicative person who has the ability to work in a team.
