For one of our clients – a large, well-known company in the customer experience field, we are on a search for responsible, motivated and flexible individuals for the role of Help Desk Representative with Polish and English (REMOTE).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and professional experience to keep customers happy;
• Give information and advice about the company’s products and services;
• Work with your team to offer help and support;
• Resolve customer issues through various communication channels;
• Investigate problems and find solutions;
• Guide customers through the problem-solving process;
• Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Polish (both written and spoken) with good English skills;
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Previous customer support experience is a plus;
• Comfortable using a PC and interested in technology;
• Organized and able to manage time well;
• Customer-focused, motivated, and a team player.
