For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Help-Desk Representative with Hungarian or French or Czech (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring quick and accurate solutions;
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step problem-solving processes;
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support system;
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall service quality;
• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a friendly, professional, and multilingual customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hungarian, French, or Czech with excellent English communication skills;
• Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or technical support is a plus;
• Strong problem-solving abilities with patience and attention to detail;
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a flexible, team-oriented mindset;
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.
