For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Help Desk Representative for an Industry-Leading Product with Slovenian or Czech.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient support via chat, email, and phone;
• Assist users with troubleshooting and product-related questions;
• Log all customer interactions clearly and accurately;
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly;
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following support guidelines;
• Keep up to date with product changes and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Slovenian or Czech, with good English skills;
• Previous support experience is a plus;
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities;
• Able to multitask and work in rotating shifts;
• Basic tech skills and troubleshooting knowledge are welcome;
• Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
