For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for – Healthcare Equipment Support Specialist with Hebrew and English (day and night shifts/remote).

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer assistance in both Hebrew and English through phone or email;
• Help users diagnose and resolve issues related to medical equipment;
• Forward more complex technical issues to senior support teams or engineers when needed;
• Accurately record all customer interactions and solutions in the system;
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during both day and night shifts in a remote work

setting.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Hebrew (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written;
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills;
• Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about medical equipment;
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts;
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
