For one of our clients – a premier technology partner to the gambling industry, backed by more than 25 years of unrivaled international know-how, we are on a lookout for а Head of VIP – Live Casino (Hybrid).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and lead a long-term VIP strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends,

and customer value growth;

• Build and manage advanced VIP segmentation models to identify, engage, and retain high-

value customers;

• Design, launch, and continuously optimize VIP programs, exclusive benefits, and bespoke

experiences that drive loyalty and lifetime value;

• Use data, behavioral insights, and performance metrics to create personalized engagement

and proactive retention strategies;

• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure VIP initiatives remain innovative

and competitive;

• Present VIP performance, insights, and growth opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders;
• Lead, mentor, and develop the VIP team, ensuring high service standards, strong

performance, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in VIP management, CRM, or

customer engagement within iGaming or a similar industry;

• Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with high-value customers through

personalized, data-driven strategies;

• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and BI tools

such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior

stakeholders and cross-functional teams;

• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce,

Optimove) and omnichannel communication tools;

• Solid understanding of Responsible Gambling, AML, and Data Protection regulations

within regulated environments;

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher); additional languages are a strong advantage

in an international setting.
