Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing and new projects within the Technical Support Division – from planning through implementation to continuous improvement;
- Responsible for the training and development process of personnel in the Technical Support Division;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose clear solutions;
- Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to enhance efficiency and service levels;
- Support the implementation of digital tools and new approaches to technical support;
- Deliver regular reports, analyses, and project status updates to senior management of the Technical Support Division;
- Lead the strategic planning of the department’s future activities and improvements;
- Monitor key KPIs and implement optimization strategies;
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high engagement and performance;
- Collaborate closely with technical and commercial teams, as well as international partners;
- Manage and develop teams through mentorship, task distribution, and strategic planning;
- Plans, organizes, controls, and coordinates the activities for the implementation of the trainings planned in the Division;
- Manages the Onboarding Program for new employees and monitors its effectiveness;
- Creates and maintains training materials and resources;
- Measures the effectiveness of the trainings through analysis of results and feedback from participants;
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, relevant to the technical nature of the role and the projects managed;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager with a strong focus on process improvement and team coordination;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a management level in the field of training and development;
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects;
- Background in technical support, service operations, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage;
- Proven experience in full-cycle project management (end-to-end);
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills;
- Ability to quickly understand technical topics and the operational specifics of various departments;
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken;
