Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Oversee and manage the daily recruitment operations, ensuring high quality service delivery and process efficiency.
- Coach, mentor and support team members in their professional development and performance improvement.
- Set, monitor and evaluate KPIs, ensuring the achievement of recruitment and business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries and functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor.
- Participate in client meetings and provide market insights, recruitment expertise and workforce solutions.
- Manage, maintain and continuously develop the candidate database to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Analyze recruitment performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, forecasts and business updates for senior management.
- Stay informed about labour market trends, talent acquisition best practices and industry developments.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and contribute to the strategic development of the business.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in managing recruitment teams, preferably within a recruitment agency, staffing company or HR services environment.
- Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs, business objectives and team performance targets.
- Solid understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, planning and forecasting capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
